The Hole in the Rock across from Cape Brett was the destination
for our cruise and provided a dramatic test of the Captain's skills to drive
the cruise boat through. Depending upon winds, tide, and surge, the Captain
said he tries and is successful about 60% of the time. For all the hype and
anticipation, it was an exciting conclusion to the trip. Our return was fairly
direct and without a great deal of narration by the Captain.
