On our visit, we first stopped at the Anasazi Heritage Center located near Dolores, which serves
as headquarters for the “monument”. We also camped in same general area at McPhee reservoir,
where we found a nice site which served as home base for our adventures. Pictured in the foreground is the giant kiva found at Lowry Pueblo. |
